Abstract

In the present article, we seek to present the thesis of Pêcheux's Discourse Analysis (AD) (2018) as a tool, among others, for the concretization of integral education for the Profesional and Tecnological Education (EPT). we conducted a bibliographic and qualitative research, which seeks to analyze the discourse of a Judge who induced a child victim of rape to give up the legal abortion. In this analysis, we evidence the functioning of the discourse against abortion and its crossing of retrograde ideologies. We denounce that this discourse is inscribed in specific discursive formations, signaling women as objects of repression and submission. In these Conditions of Production, power relations over the female body function, exercised by social practices that perpetuate themselves throughout history. We highlight how memory and history are discursively linked by relations instituted by social formation and by religious and patriarchal discursive formation, with the function of suspending the effects of scientific meanings about abortion, which preaches the dogma of suffering as dignifying female existence, triggering feelings of guilt in women and children, victims of sexual violence.
