Resumo

This paper aims to introduce the reader to the thought of Thales of Miletus about what the future would be called "Philosophy" and their interactions toward mathematical thinking. In this regard, the objective is to present the experience of field-empirical mathematician Thales, in Ionia and Egypt and the Near East, for the anthropological and cultural exchanges that took place in order to equip the Ionian thinker resources capable of promoting his fame as one of the seven Sages of Greece, but above all, his pedagogical innovation, and mathematicians made inherent in the exercise of Hellenic wisdom in preparation. Finally, the paper aims to highlight the process of interaction between mathematics and revisionist critical rationalism that was to develop a new view of the social character of Truth Master and certainly would mark the next step as Philosophy and consequent to mathematical knowledge.

    He is Master in Modern and Contemporary Philosophy, with emphasis on Metaphysics and Epistemology at the State University of Western Paraná - UNIOESTE - Toledo/ PR, is Masters in Cognition and Language, with emphasis on Theory of Knowledge and Cognitive Processes at the State University of North Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro Teacher - UENF/ Campos dos Goytacazes/ RJ, is expert in History, Art and Culture, with emphasis in History of Philosophy, at the State University of Ponta Grossa - UEPG/ Umuarama Ead-UEPG , is Expert for Teachers and Students's Health of the Elementary and High School, with emphasis on Health and sanitization of Political Processes of the Company and School, Federal University of Paraná - UFPR/ Cruzeiro do Oeste Ead-UFPR, Is Graduate and licensed in Philosophy from the State University of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ. Is federal public servant, EBTT Philosophy lecturer at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Paraná - IFPR in the city of Assis Chateaubriand /PR.
