The journal is continuously open for submissions.
Peer Review Process
Initially, the manuscript is evaluated by members of the editorial board to assess its textual content and compliance with the journal’s guidelines, as well as to check for possible plagiarism or duplicate submissions/publications. If any issues are identified, the corresponding author will be notified that the submission has been rejected and that a new submission must be made in accordance with the journal’s guidelines.
Submitted manuscripts are reviewed using a double-blind peer review process by at least two ad hoc reviewers. After the required revisions and possible recommendations, the manuscript will be accepted for publication upon receiving two favorable reviews and rejected if two unfavorable reviews are issued. In cases of conflicting reviews, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer. In exceptional cases, the Editor-in-Chief and the Scientific Editorial Board have the authority to make the final decision regarding publication.
