Revista Mundi ETG, edited by the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) , is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of its users' personal data. Personal data collected by Revista Mundi ETG is used exclusively for activities related to the editorial flow and journal management, such as:

  • Registration and identification of authors, reviewers, editors, and readers in the Open Journal Systems (OJS);

  • Attribution and recognition of authorship and scientific contribution;

The information collected includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full name;
  • Institutional or primary email address;
  • Institutional affiliation (educational or research institution, department, country);
  • Academic qualifications and area of expertise;
  • Persistent academic identifiers (ORCID, Lattes CV);
  • Authentication data (username and encrypted password for the OJS system).

Revista Mundi ETG adopts rigorous standards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or any form of inappropriate processing.

In accordance with the LGPD, Revista Mundi ETG guarantees users (authors, reviewers, readers) the following rights:

  • Confirmation of the existence of processing and access to personal data;
  • Correction of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data;
  • Deletion or anonymization of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data, respecting the retention periods necessary for academic and registration purposes;
  • Restriction or objection to the use of data for specific purposes, when applicable;
  • Data portability, as per applicable regulations.
