Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The Mundi ETG Journal uses similarity detection tools to identify possible cases of plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are analyzed using these systems before being forwarded for peer review. Papers that present indications of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or improper use of sources will be immediately rejected and archived, and the authors may be notified of the occurrence.
Authors' Responsibilities
Authors are fully responsible for the originality and authenticity of the submitted content. It is the duty of the authors to:
- Ensure that all sources used are properly cited and referenced;
- Clearly indicate any reuse of excerpts from previously published works;
- Ensure that the manuscript does not contain copied parts without proper attribution;
- Not manipulate data, images, or results in a misleading or fraudulent manner;
- Declare, when applicable, the use of tools that support writing or content generation.
Ethics and Integrity
The Mundi ETG Journal maintains a strong commitment to ethics and integrity in scientific publishing. Suspected cases of misconduct, such as plagiarism, fabrication, or data falsification, are analyzed carefully, confidentially, and impartially, and may involve consultation with the authors' institutions when necessary. When irregularities are confirmed, the measures adopted will follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), including rejection, retraction, or formal notification.
In addition, errata, corrections, and retractions will be published whenever necessary, ensuring transparency in the editorial process and the reliability of the scientific record. In this way, the Journal reaffirms its commitment to quality, credibility, and integrity in scientific production.
